Having experienced first-hand the unique challenges of Talent Acquisition in the Fastener Industryand the frustrating lack of an external resource that truly understood these challenges, one that could effectively and efficiently identify, filter and present me with the types of candidates I needed, I decided to create a Head-Hunting Agency that specialized in the Industrial Fastener Industry and in 2015 I opened Fast-Exec for business.
